Use SecureVideo in your home or office, on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. See below the system requirements for our 2 videoconferencing engines: Zoom and One-Click.
If you are unsure which platform you are using, check the lower left hand corner of your waiting room page to see if the button says "Install Zoom" or "Test One-Click".
If you are on a dashboard, and the session shows "One-Click" on the meeting panel or page, then it is a One-Click session.
Please note that video quality is affected by camera resolution and device processor, as well as bandwidth and connectivity strength.
